Philosophy

I believe in counseling that is collaborative, humanistic and integrative. Based on your needs, I utilize one, or a combination of, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Existentialism, Solution-focused brief therapy, and Mindfulness techniques to offer healing and growth. I believe the role of a therapist is to be nonjudgmental, create a space for clients to voice their story, and to work together to create goals for how your time is spent in session. You can expect respect, a listening ear, understanding, compassionate challenge, accountability, and skills/strategies to take out of the therapy space that will help you move in the direction you feel is best for your life.

Eras Clients

If you are a teen (age 13+), adult, or couple, who is experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief/loss, self-esteem issues, or relationship concerns, I’d be a great fit. I am experienced in family systems and intergenerational dynamics. I tailor our work to your unique needs, fostering healthy relationships, and personal growth.

I am affirming and inclusive of all communities. You can expect to be met with an open mind and heart.
